Cancellation / Refund Policy

This Refund/Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for any services or products provided by us offline which is promoted through our static website ("Website") . By using our services which has been purchased offline you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Refund Policy

   As a static website, we do not offer any services or sell products online that require refunds. However whatever is purchased offline you need to cancel it within 7 days of purchase and inform us to issue a refund. If you wish to cancel a recurring monthly subscription, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the next payment date.

2. Cancellation Policy

   You need to cancel any subscription purchased offline through us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Please inform shailesh@avionindia.com or call +919821563671 aboutn your cancellation.

3. Exceptions

   In exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion. Any such requests for exceptions must be made within a reasonable time frame and should be accompanied by appropriate documentation or evidence to support the claim.

4. International Payments

   We accept international payments through Bank transfer , Stripe and paypal only. Purpose code for the same is : P0802 Software implementation/consultancy.
